A unique form of Bellflower, this features bright golden-yellow leaves and loose clusters of bright-blue flowers. It forms a low, compact mound for the rock garden or edging, and is particulalary nice in container gardens. May remain evergreen in mild winter regions. Prefers a moist, yet well-drained soil, with protection from afternoon sun.
