As with all living things, no two plants are alike. There is some natural variation in size, shape, and characteristics. We make every effort to choose a plant that has a good potential to happily grow in your home.
4" Philodendron 'Ring of Fire'
Light: Bright indirect light is best, can handle lower but will grow slower. Avoid direct sunlight. Should not be in a position to see the sun directly, although early morning or late evening sun is fine.
Water: Water when the top half of the soil is dry to the touch (that usually takes about 1 week in an average home environment).
The Philodendron Ring of Fire is moderately toxic and may lead to undesirable reactions if ingested, so it’s advisable to keep it out of reach of your pets, just as with all plants. The intensity of the reaction will vary based on the amount consumed; however, if your pet typically avoids eating your plants, this particular plant can be a good fit for your home.
